There is a minimum cancellation period of 30minuts after booking service for all Spa Home Service, otherwise, the Spa Home Service will be charged in 100% in full. Any Spa Home Service cancelled 30minuts After Booking or Exceptional circumstances will be at the discretion of the manager. ‘No shows’ will be charged at the full rate of the Spa Home Service
